Work Service proposes you two models of hiring staff according to your needs:

Staff outsourcing:

Work Service will provide you with staff for long or short periods of time. We take care of the salary survey's, the advertising and  search and recruitment of staff to support your projects. Work Service employs the staff,provides all the required employment contracts, training, salary calculations, payrolll and staff management services. Work Service provides a whole range of management solutions and tariffs, from hourly , to monthly and from fixed to variable rates.

Outstaffing:

Work Service organises and handles the transfer of your staff to our company . Work Service becomes the official employer for your company's  staff and provides full staff management, salary calculations and payments and all necessary taxes for those employees. Our aim is to achieve seemless transition of your employess to our company and to ensure their continued level of productivity and moral.

Mass Recruitment

Work Service provides mass recruitment services for many roles, such as:

Warehouse staff, which includes: pickers, checkers, loaders, fork-lift operators.

Assembly and post production staffing.

Cleaning and maintenance personnel.

Merchandising and sales support staff.

Promotional staff.

Reckitt Benckiser

Our first outsourcing project started in 2004 in Moscow for Reckitt-Benckiser company, a world leader in the manufacturing of household goods. The project was so successful that it became an example and standard for creating other outsourcing solutions.

Now Reckitt Benckiser has over 700 sales consultants-merchandisers, supervisors etc. across 80 cities in Russia.We help our client with the in-store shelf management, sales consulting, and demo-products management. The staff are trained to high level of sales, merchandising and brand competency. Work Service organises regular data collection on local markets. Over six years we have achieved double digit sales growth with our clients .The level of data means greater consumer focus and targeting and reduction in reaction time to consumer`s demands. DHL

We helped DHL to hire more than 300 warehouse staff at their logistics complex in Moscow region: pickers; packers; labelers and forklift drivers. Now DHL enjoys  month to month workforce flexibility based on different project requirements and a significant reduction in DHL’s HR management costs.

OBI

Work Service provides OBI with  more than 500 loaders, packers, fork lift drivers and supervisors.All candidates are security vetted .We supply staff in: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg,Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhniy Novgorod- Volgograd- Omsk and Krasnodar. We implemented a productivity based system, which reduced the client`s  expenditure by over 50% for merchandising services.Work Service provides full outsourcing and outstaffing services.

Samsung

We provided more than 60 employees at factory in Moscow region  in Obninsk city for Samsung. The positions were:forklift drivers; packers; assembler; pickers; checkers; loaders; Work Service provided staff in an efficent and prompt way to achieve the clients requirements in supporting seasonal sales.We performed personnel training via our own supervision for complex assembly tasks.

Hlebprom

Work Service hired over 100 sales-consultants and supervisors for a leading  Russian confectionary producer . Our team of recruiters provided  Hlebprom rapidly with excellent candidates, working closely with the client to minimize rotation by providing special training  to the sales-consultants, this knowledge consists of high level of sales, merchandising and brand competency. As a result of the Work Service teams effort the client has achieved a double digit increase in sales across all key retail chains.

Babyliss

Work Service outstaffed 50 merchandisers and sales-specialists in key Russian cities. Service includes:payroll management and HR-administration. Also, we are working on  seasonal outsourcing activities, including promo-ladies, stylists and merchandisers  with up to 100 staff in peak periods.Work Service in collaboraton with Babyliss managers gives to  students, who apply become promo-ladies  a high level of knowledge in marketing, direct to consumer sales and  professional ethics.
